This privacy policy applies to the CozyBody app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by CozyBody Studio (collectively, the "Application"). CozyBody Studio is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information the Application Collects

Information you provide

• Account information (optional): You can use the Application without signing in. In that case, the Application creates an anonymous account to store your data. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, the Service Provider receives your name and email address from that service.
• Profile information: your height, age, gender, and the goals and goal notes you set.
• Journal records: the body measurements you log, such as weight, body fat percentage, waist circumference, BMI, and water intake, and any custom metrics you create.
• Diet records: meal photos, meal descriptions, nutrition values, and your saved favorite meals and foods.
• Exercise records: your exercise plans and workout logs.
• Feedback: the content of feedback you send through the Application, your email address if you choose to provide it, and, when you report a problem from an error screen, technical details about the error.

Information collected automatically

• User ID: an identifier for your account (anonymous or signed in), used to store and sync your data.
• Device identifier: used only to manage the free trial and to prevent the same device from starting a trial more than once.
• App integrity information: the Application uses Firebase App Check, which relies on Apple App Attest / DeviceCheck or Google Play Integrity to verify that requests come from the genuine Application.
• Server logs: when the Application communicates with the Service Provider's servers, technical information such as IP address and request time may be recorded for security and troubleshooting.

The Application does not collect your location and does not include any advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. How the Information Is Used

The Service Provider uses the information above to:
